We are radical collaborates and have formal community partnerships with over 400 organizations throughout the Appalachian region along the entire Workforce Value Chain.  We also partner with many industry and curriculum organizations including unique partnerships with the National Safety Council, Rural Water, Energy WorldNet, Pixo, SimCoach and others.

All of our training is free to our students and typically offers a small stipend, while some programs offer an hourly wage during training. We only offer cohorts timed and sized to meet actual current opening of our 11 employee partners.  About 86% of our graduates are employed directly by our employer partners within 30 days of graduation.  All programs are pegged to full time family sustaining or high-road jobs, with good benefits, defined career ladders, and often chances for overtime and union membership.

Our employed graduates have starting compensation ranging from between $44,000 to $82,000 per year. Many of our past graduates are moving up the career ladder and are now earning higher salaries and receiving excellent benefits.  Total aggregated earning of our employed graduates since inception exceeds $53 million.

New entrant workforce development training classes are typically offered at the state of the art Energy Innovation Center campus for workforce development training or one of out shares training facilities focused on infrastructure and regulated utility training.  Some classes are offered at employers or around the region as well.  We will soon be offering skills and safety classes for the new jobs of the clean energy transition as well.
